To schedule an appointment please use the Appointment Request or Email Request (incl. Full Name, Phone Number, Type of Service, Desired Date/Time)
When requesting an appointment you must create a profile that must include your phone number and credit card info to hold your appointment slot. Your card will only be charged if you no call no show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
***Please note that you are only "requesting" an appointment online. The appointment will be confirmed within 24-36 hours.***
If you need to cancel, you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. A failure to provide 24 hrs notice for groupon/deal certificates will result in a fee upon scheduling your next appointment. If you are a new or existing client half the amount of the session will be charged to the credit card on file.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments must be cancelled with a 24 hour notice, via email, phone or canceled on mindbody online through the client profile. Failure to cancel without 24 hour notice will result in forfeiture of the service.
Members who do not want to forfeit the session will be charged the full price for the session at the time of service. The type of session can not be changed at the time of service and the session must be completed within 30 days from the original scheduled date. Or the session is automatically forfeited.
