To schedule an appointment please call and leave a message with your phone number, first and last name, If using a groupon your redemption code (located under the bar code) and your desired date and time.

You may also request an appointment online If requesting an appointment online please include your phone number, your voucher number (if you are using a deal) or the name of the person who referred you.
If you need to cancel, you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. A failure to provide 24 hrs notice for groupon/deal certificates will result in a fee upon scheduling your next appointment. If you are a new or existing client half the amount of the session will be charged to the credit card on file.
